I went back home this weekend to visit my family and to hang out with
my best friend who just had her first baby. It's funny because after holding a newborn
all weekend, I have a small case of baby fever. Newborns are so darn precious, and they smell delicious.
Saturday morning my little sister and I headed to the gym for an early morning workout.
My little sister is 21 and has an amazing body. She can eat whatever she wants and not gain a ounce I hate her. I told her that once she turns 25, things are going to change. Those hamburgers are going to start to stick to her and she won't be able to drink like a fish. Her thighs will also get looser. At least that's what happened to my body.
What Age did you notice your body change?
Anyhoo, here is my Saturday morning workout:
5 minute warm-up on the Elliptical
Incline bench press 3x12
Bench press 3x12
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x12
Upright rows 3x10
Lateral Raises 4x12
Front Raises 4x12

Oh girl, it happened to me around 26! No fun! But hey, with age comes wisdom and grace, so at least I have that going for me? The jury's still out on that!
Ps... Your arms look great! I'm jelly!

I love you arms! You look amazing Jin! :)
I have a feeling that is going to happen to me once I hold my niece for the first time. I'll get baby fever like I've never had before.
I'll say when I turned 28 my body began changing. I need to get it together and quick. Hoping that this year I make better food choices.
I did not notice until my 28th birthday. Suddenly I couldn't eat whatever I wanted without working out. You look amazing, it makes me wanna pick up running again.
Once I turned 24, my body seemed to change shape and I could no longer eat everything I wanted! Didn't have to work too hard at keeping in shape but then I turned 38!!!!! (I know, I'm old! waaaah!--still feel 25 though). I'm not complaining though, I just have to work harder to stay fit. I workout almost everyday and eat healthy and everything is good! Just not as easy as it used to be--I swear, I think about eating something bad and gain two pounds!
