I went back home this weekend to visit my family and to hang out with
my best friend who just had her first baby. It's funny because after holding a newborn
all weekend, I have a small case of baby fever. Newborns are so darn precious, and they smell delicious.
Saturday morning my little sister and I headed to the gym for an early morning workout.
My little sister is 21 and has an amazing body. She can eat whatever she wants and not gain a ounce
I hate her. I told her that once she turns 25, things are going to change. Those hamburgers are going to start to stick to her and she won't be able to drink like a fish. Her thighs will also get looser. At least that's what happened to my body.

5 minute warm-up on the Elliptical
Incline bench press 3x12
Bench press 3x12
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x12
Upright rows 3x10
Lateral Raises 4x12
Front Raises 4x12
