2013 Fitness Goals

I was checking out a fitness blog here and the writer outlined her 2013 fitness goals, I decided to do the same. I figured that by putting it out there in the blogverse, I would be able to hold myself accountable. So here goes......

I just need to start exercising more consistent in general and eat healthier too. I like your buying lunch no more than 3 times a month. I'm so bad at that!

Great goals!

Mine is to up the weight that I lift.
Run a sub 2hr half marathon
Aiming for 1000 miles...but I'm starting out with IT band issues, and I'm not sure how long that takes to heal, but I'm staying optimistic!
Get my splits back (you know, for pole class).
