This outfit is totally my style! In the weeks to come you will probably see me wearing something similar. I've have been searching high and low for a cute backpack purse and this Dooney & Bourke bag is really nice (but are DB bags still in style?). Would YOU wear this outfit?

Protein Packed Dinner





 
I have been working really hard to clean up my diet and make better
 choices when it comes to food (and life).  Here's a yummy
meal that I made yesterday for dinner.
Grilled chicken, quinoa, and yummy edamame.
I cooked my quinoa in Free Range Chicken Broth from Trader Joe's.
I definitely recommend using chicken broth over water. 
 
1 Cup of Edamame = 17 grams of protein
1 Cup of Quinoa = 8 grams of protein
Chicken Breast = approx. 23 grams of protein

October First.....

. The weather's PERFECT...not too hot, not too cold.
 
The pumpkin latte is back at Starbucks
 
Football season and tailgating
 
Leggings and boots
 
Sleeping with the windows up (cheaper electric bill, holler)
 
The beautiful Autumn leaves
 
Halloween
 
Using my Crock Pot
 
Dark nail polish
 
Lower humidity (I can finally straighten my hair..no frizz)
 
 
 

you get it, I LOVE the month of October....If I ever get married (clearing my throat), I'm sure that it will be sometime in October.
 I also can't wait to clean up my diet and start up a new workout plan this month.  I'm going to give CrossFit a try.  Well, I'm going to create my own variation of the CrossFit workout....stay tuned boo's.
