I was able to knock out this workout in 1hr and 4 min. I'm not really sure how
many calories I burned because my heart rate monitor has been acting up. I need to adjust the settings but I lost the frickin' manual.
All I can say is that my heart rate stayed between 100 bpm and 150 bpm.

Where did you get your heart rate monitor from? I need one.
oh, I DIE for your arms! I've always been self-conscious about my arms. I know that I would need to work out hard and modify my diet some to get arms like that. But I just like running\walking so much that I need extra motivation when it comes to doing anything else- well, even running sometimes if I feel too tired. I have to find a way to keep myself motivated- other than not wanting to fail weight and physical standards or I get kicked out of the Navy. So what do you do to stay motivated? -Jess L
