Tough Love Workouts

{book: Oxygen Tough Love Workouts, 176 pages, $9.99}
 I stopped by the mall today after work looking for a cute dress to wear to a wedding.

Perhaps I wasn't in the mood to shop because I could not find anything worth buying.
It's cold outside and I don't want to wear a sleeveless dress or a dress that is made of
that thin sheer material, ugh annoying. Maybe it's a sign that I need to stop shopping and save
for the holidays. 
 I wasn't having much luck shopping so I went to Barnes&Noble instead. 
I found the book pictured above and I haven't been able to put it down all night.  The book pretty much tells you everything you need to know about working out  and clean-eating.

I'm most excited about learning a few new abdominal AND booty exercises because those
are the two main areas that I want to improve. I figure if I start working on them now
I will be more than ready when spring rolls around.

Do yourself a favor and buy the book, it's only ten bucks...

After hitting a wall during a race I ran yesterday because my stomach all of a sudden felt sore, I was painfully reminded that I need not neglect my abs any longer. Oh, but I hate ab exercises! None of them are as fun as running! I think I want to improve the same body parts as you, but I want to include my arms too. -Jessica L
