Who's idea was it to put this pubescent human being on the cover? How do you go from sexy pictures like this or this to Justin Bieber? I think that it's fake but what a cruel joke to play. I'm sure there would be a huge drop in magazine sells if this issue was ever published but it's pretty darn funny to look at.
