I love Coldplay's song "Yellow".......for some reason when I think of the color yellow

that song comes to mind.

Here is what I wore to work yesterday...comfortable and casual.

I'm still trying to figure out this whole tripod thing so please bare with me.

For some reason I'm having issues with picture clarity....Any advice on using a tripod?

Yesterday, I told you guys that I was going to try to turn every negative into

a positive.  It was actually pretty easy. It's amazing what  you can do

when you are aware of your actions.

I worked my lower body at the gym last night and now

I feel like someone beat me with a steel rod.  I think that I went

 a little crazy with the squats and leg lifts.

My quest for a cutie booty is more painful than I thought it

would be.
