Spring is finally here and I am so excited and I just can't hide it! I seriously think
that I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder because I've been in
the best mood lately now that its sunny and warm out. I'm really looking forward to patio drinking,
sun dresses, flip flops, and outdoor bands.
The ground hog lied about us having six more weeks of winter :-)

I worked my legs at the gym last night and I'm crazy sore right now. I'm having trouble
sitting
and walking BUT I love this feeling because it means
that I pushed myself last night.
I'm determined to get back into tip tip shape ASAP.

I pushes my self in the gym the other day too.. tried to do something I hadn't done before and walked on threadmill for 60 mins. Maybe you could share some leg exercises because I do strengt for my legs but I don't really know how to change up my exercises (I know dumbbel lunges, squats, legpress) .. x (and power walks)
