Last night I made my version of chicken fried rice and it was muy delicioso! Cj helped himself to two large servings! I'm trying to broaden my horizon and this was my first step outside of the box.
I'm really starting to really enjoy cooking and learning new recipes. The Food Networks 30 minute Meals is my fav, anything longer than 30 minutes is just not for me.
