I don't run unless i'm being chased......

so I started running again and lets just say that my little thirty minutes on the treadmill was brutal  (I was breathing like a smoker and sweating like a pig). I'm going to try it again tomorrow but hopefully this time I can hang in there a while longer.  The hardest part for me is getting into the groove, like all I think about  is stopping.  Running is just so boring to me, but I know that it's good for my waistline and my heart.  Let me clarify, I LIKE doing sprints but I strongly dislike long distance running.

I feel the same way with running. But I do need to get some sort of cardio into my fitness routine, which is pretty non-existant at the moment. Your blog is giving me motivation though!
