Have a Strong Day!

Hi All!!  I hope that everyone is having a good week......  I LOVE short work weeks and long weekends,  that's why I need to own my own business so that I can make my work schedule.  Sitting in a cubical all day is just not me.
Moving on, I've already made plans for the weekend.  I plan to workout (sprints on the track), paint, and to take my dog to the park.  I'm  really looking forward to enjoying this awesome weather.  I drove to work today with my windows down and no AC.......it was awesome to the breathe in fresh, non- humid air *ahhhhhhh****

Cool Pillow....I would not pay $89 for it but I DO think that its motivating.  Sometimes we all need alittle something to remind us to get off our butts and workout!
