Sun-kissed Strands


I need this Rachel Roy dress!!!
I want to dye my hair this color super bad but CJ says that I will look like lil' kim if i do (not funny).  I think that I'm going to get a few highlights first before making such a drastic change. To dye or not to dye?  Speak up if you care lol.

I say go for it, if you don't like it, light colors are the easiest to cover up! Then dye it back...
