The Cat-Cow Stretch

I think that i lifted legs way too heavy yesterday because my lower back has been killing me all dang day. I ended up missing my deep stretch yoga class because 5 o'clock traffic was a mess so I created my own little yoga class at home. Bri dog joined me. My back feels way better.
The "pelvis-up" and "pelvis- down" movements look hella seductive but it's a wonderful stretch for your back.

Moral of the story......1) make sure that you are lifting weights with good posture 2) support your lower back, and 3) don't forget to stretch.

great tips! i'm bad with the stretching though. i always forget.

ps. this stretch is frisky looking. if i did that in front of the boy, he'd jump me from behind! ha!!!
