What's In my Lunch Box?

A lot of people want to know what's in my big red lunch box, well you asked so I will deliver! I know that my lunch box is very large, ugly and unattractive but it helps to save me loads of money, not mention it keeps Me healthy and fit!

I pack at least three 50o ML water bottles so that I can stay hydrated and full throughout the day.

for lunch I usually have baked or grilled chicken (I change my spices up weekly), mixed vegetables, and brown rice.

Finally one hour before I leave work I eat a chicken breast and broccoli or asparagus (Normally I don't eat any carbs past 6pm)

I wake up early every morning and i make myself a protein shake with 2 scoops of protein (approx. 52g of protein total) and I eat a large banana. I head to the gym about 30 minutes after breakfast. I try to workout a little over a hour then I head back to my house to eat my real breakfast which consists of 1/2 cup of oatmeal or grits and 4 egg whites (hard boiled or scrambled).
