My 5 day split

Monday- Upper Chest and Shoulders, Cardio
Tuesday- Legs, abdominal
Wednesday- Calves, Back, 15-20minutes of high intensity cardio
Thursday- Quadriceps, light shoulders
Friday- Arms (triceps, biceps), Abdominal, 15-20 minutes of high intensity cardio
Saturday- Off day
Sunday- Off day
